 visited Xiamen before I went to Gulangyu.

旅|中國【廈門】鼓浪嶼一日遊-世界文化遺產


準備開啟自己一個人的鼓浪嶼一日遊,
是到了廈門最期待的一個行程了,
也是刻意保留了一天時間能好好的逛一逛,
不然沒去鼓浪嶼都不好意思說來過廈門。

由於沒有提前網上訂票,
是直接到郵輪中心廈鼓碼頭現場買船票,
只能依照現場有的船次時間做選擇,
也造成我沒太多選擇,
為了在最快的時間搭船上島,
我買了豪華船票RMB50,
到了大家相對不推薦的內厝澳碼頭上岸,
一般會推薦從三丘田碼頭上岸會較為方便,
不管是距離景點或是熱鬧的巷弄都近。

Xiamen Island is going to Gulangyu Island,

But it's night flight time,
Tourists can take a boat from Xiamen Ferry Terminal to Gulangyu Island,
17: 50-23: 45 (Winter)
18: 50-23: 45 (summer)

旅|中國廈門【鼓浪嶼】交通攻略、遊客船票價格



廈門本島要去鼓浪嶼,
只有一種交通方式,
就是搭船前往,
沒有像某些地區的外島有橋樑連接,
這裡的唯一登島方式就依靠船隻。

本島有三個碼頭,
廈門輪渡碼頭、廈門第一碼頭、廈門郵輪中心廈鼓碼頭。


鼓浪嶼也有三個碼頭,
鋼琴碼頭、內厝澳碼頭、三丘田碼頭。


每個碼頭的路線都有些許不同,
有的路線不是當地市民不能搭乘,
也跟時間段有關係。

就例如廈門輪渡碼頭與廈門第一碼頭發往鼓浪嶼的船,
只有當地市民可以搭乘,遊客不能從這些碼頭去鼓浪嶼,
俗稱市民專線,票價RMB8/位,航程時間10分鐘。

可是到了夜間航班時間,
遊客可以從廈門輪渡碼頭搭船去鼓浪嶼,
17:50-23:45(冬季)
18:50-23:45(夏季)
這個時間段其他的碼頭就開往鼓浪嶼的船。

旅|中國廈門輪渡碼頭-從廈門本島遙望鼓浪嶼



知道廈門,就知道鼓浪嶼,
這個應該是大部分人都認可的事情吧,
它的位置就在廈門本島的對岸,
在廈門本島的西南岸邊,
都可以直接看到鼓浪嶼的雛形,
天氣好的時候,
更是能看到它的樣貌。

在還沒有上去過鼓浪嶼之前,
我很想先從廈門本島這邊遠遠的看過去,
從遠方看到鼓浪嶼跟踏上鼓浪嶼之後的樣子,
應該是很不相同的。
中山路步行街就可以走到廈門輪渡碼頭,
這個我以為可以從這裡搭船去鼓浪嶼的碼頭。

旅|中國【廈門】中山路步行街-吃喝購物全都包


教堂在很多國家城市開枝散葉,
很容易吸引人的目光,
尤其是在亞洲區域,
它的建築設計造型能很明顯的與當地不同,
不管是它的建築造型,建築物本身的存在時間,
或是它的歷史來由,都能成為這棟教堂特別的因素。

在廈門中山路步行街的中華城購物中心的後面,
就有這麼一棟教堂,跟著周圍的環境不相互衝突,
還挺諧和的融入其中,
或者像是其他的建築物在加入它的存在。

有個很響亮的名稱【中華第一聖堂】,
是中國第一座供做華人禮拜的基督教堂,
現今仍是當地基督教徒的聚會場所,
也是省級文物保護單位,
一般有列為保護單位,
都能受到較好的維護保養。

旅|中國【廈門】開禾路傳統市場,感覺回到了台灣傳統市場


我是在無意中走進廈門傳統市場,
還不是從意義上的正門進入,
是從人和路美食街晃著晃著,
莫名其妙的來到了當地傳統市場。

在未知不熟悉的城市探險的感覺,
很有趣,
把自己當成當地人體驗生活的風味,
著名景點很重要以外,
這樣才有深入當地的感受。

旅|中國【廈門】人和路美食街


一個人在廈門到處晃晃,
沿著廈門中山路步行街在附近閒逛,
到了外面的主道路,
對面就是廈門輪渡碼頭。

在不知道往那條街道走進去的時候,
三個字映入眼簾,
就是【美食街】,
下面的人和路直接被我忽視的,
只想看看這裡有什麼好吃的,
踏入這個拱門是不是一個新世界。

會讓很失望呢還是讓人眼睛一亮?

食|香港油麻地.美都餐室-置身於港劇與電影場景當中的茶餐廳,老香港風味



基本上每次去香港都很少吃早餐,
一方面是酒店沒有附早餐,
另外一方面是早上根本起不來,
要不是需要趕飛機,
哪裡會一大早起床,
是不是很有道理。

導致沒看過安靜的白天香港街道景象,
就因為要吃早餐的情況下呈現在眼前,
與那麼吵雜熱鬧的香港截然不同,
這種情景下,不吃茶餐廳還要吃什麼。

我一個香港朋友家就在油麻地這個區域,
也就順便訂的是這附近酒店,
早上的飛機,看著還有點時間,
第一個動作打開Google Maps,
下一步就是搜尋茶餐廳,
才發現這家美都餐室離我住的酒店走路才幾分鐘路程,
那還不去才怪。

食|好樂迪-餐飲基本消費$100不加自助星廚吧,吃飽組合搭配方式



其實我本身是不愛唱歌的,
但偶爾還是要去釋放一下壓力的,
這個時候人就不能太多,
人數越少越好,
這樣感覺沒那麼丟臉嘛!

每次都是早上跟一個朋友一起,
划算又不那麼心疼,
又會經過午餐時間,
這個時候呢,如果不吃自助星廚吧,
那該怎麼辦?

好樂迪松隆店的自助星廚吧NT$238/人,
不使用自助吧還是需要餐飲基本消費NT$100/人,
不消費都不行,只能超過不能減少,
不然就虧了啊,
對了,最終費用還要加上10%服務費。

【傑克●不專業料理】蘿蔔絲餅



食材:


白蘿蔔

蝦米

香菇

中筋麵粉

香油

鹽巴 

白胡椒

黑胡椒



步驟:


  1. 先把白蘿蔔處理成蘿蔔絲絲,後撒點鹽巴放置半個小時到一個小時釋出水份。
  2. 蝦米與香菇先清洗後泡水,之後切成丁,蔥切成蔥花。
  3. 在等蘿蔔絲釋出水份的時候,把中筋麵粉用燙面方式捏成團,水溫大概65-100度,我是用手指感覺有點燙的狀態,慢慢加入後揉成團,不要一下子倒入,才好掌控麵團水量,揉好後放置一會,大約半個小時。
  4. 這個時候把白蘿蔔絲的水倒掉,要把蘿蔔絲的擠壓到沒有水份,在鍋中加入橄欖油與香油後把蝦米與香菇倒入炒製到香味出來,再倒入蘿蔔絲一起翻炒,和蔥花,最後是加入鹽巴與白胡椒黑胡椒調味。等食材都炒好後放涼。
  5. 就可以開始準備包成餡餅,加點油才好把麵團推開與不粘手,把適量的內餡包進去就好啦,只要不要有內餡跑出來即可,記得壓平。


  6. 下鍋煎要有耐心,兩面煎成金黃色就能出鍋享用。




基本上所有的食材份量全部是憑感覺的,都沒有去計算重量或是體積,一直以來我做料理都是如此的,哈哈哈,中筋麵粉大概是400-500g左右,並沒有用完一包,炒的餡料可以試吃看看適不適合自己的味道,在包進去,所以也不是太大的問題,畢竟我是看到家裡有很多白蘿蔔才心血來潮的想要試做看看,並不是專業的,也有上網翻看過其他人的文章經驗,成品是還不錯吃,味道稍微有點淡,加點辣椒醬吃剛剛好。

做多的蘿蔔餡餅可以放進冷凍庫保存,等想吃的時候拿出來煎就可以了,不需要退冰。

Ingredients:

Step:

  5. Pour the white radish into the sterilized bottle, and add sugar and white vinegar to drown the white radish.

【傑克●不專業料理】醃蘿蔔、醬蘿蔔



食材:


白蘿蔔:三條小

蒜頭:20瓣

鹽巴:適量

糖:適量

白醋:憑感覺

醬油:憑感覺


做法:


  1. 白蘿蔔洗乾淨後削皮切成菱形(看個人喜好,切成片也可以)。
  2. 撒適量的鹽巴與糖進去,讓白蘿蔔與蒜頭出水。(有重物壓住會加快時間)
  3. 我是放置了大約一個小時之後把裡面的水倒掉,稍微晾乾或是擦乾會更好。
  4. 白醋與醬油可以稍微加熱後使用(這次我嘗試不加熱直接使用)。
  5. 把白蘿蔔倒入消毒後的瓶子,再加入糖與白醋,要淹沒過白蘿蔔。
  6. 醬蘿蔔與蒜頭那一罐除了糖與白醋,就是多加了醬油。
  7. 封蓋後放入冰箱冷藏,放個幾天就可以吃了,要多入味的話可以放長一點時間,不用擔心會壞掉。
