Lemon Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
Chicken wings: eight
Garlic: 3 petals
Lemon: half
Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Rice wine: 1 tablespoon
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Step:
- Knife on the chicken wings to help marinate and absorb the sauce
- Take a container, pour in chicken wings, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, lemon juice, black pepper, marinate, and put in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
- Pour into the pot and heat. (can also be baked in the oven)
- Try to drain the sauce and put it out.
When frying, be careful not to fry, because I first put the chicken wings but didn't pour the remaining sauce. I didn't pay attention to it, but it didn't affect much, but it was delicious, and the taste was made. Not very heavy, salty just right. To add a taste, you can put more soy sauce or salt! The main reason is to try to see what it is made with lemon. There is still room for improvement, but it is also OK!
