Eating sushi alone is quite a comfortable experience. You can choose whatever you want, and the timing is completely under your control. You can quickly finish your meal and leave without waiting, except for the concern of potential long queues, especially during peak hours at Sushiro. I used to visit during off-peak times to avoid crowds, but this time happened to be after work, and I was greeted by a long line.

One advantage of dining during peak hours is that there are more sushi varieties on the conveyor belt, and they tend to be fresher. However, lately, I prefer not to pick directly from the belt. I've gotten used to placing orders and waiting for the sushi to be delivered to my table. It saves me from constantly keeping an eye on the conveyor belt for my favorite dishes, which I find a bit bothersome. I'd rather make a quick decision. Besides, I don't eat much, and I noticed that I ate less sushi than the girl at the next table. Kind of embarrassing!

I almost always order a plate of salmon, a plate of tuna, and a plate of shrimp each time, and the rest depends on my mood that day. It's a habit for me to have hot tea or soup as a complement; otherwise, consuming too much raw food at once can be a bit heavy on the stomach. The rice texture that day was just right, not too dry, with a subtle touch of vinegar enhancing the flavor. The rice wasn't overly compact. The freshness of the seafood was satisfactory, at least I didn't experience any stomach issues after going home.

Eating about 5 to 6 plates is usually my limit, and it typically takes less than half an hour. It's a convenient choice, and the prices are reasonable. Whenever I suddenly crave it, I can just walk in!
