Din Tai Fung Xiao Long Bao, one of Taiwan's classic delicacies. There are long queues at almost every branch. The Din Tai Fung Xinyi store in the Yongkang business district is its starting store. But now the Xinyi store has no in-house use and only take-out service. This used to be the place where the most foreigners came, as long as you pass the store door, you can hear the languages of different countries. It is very lively, and it also brings a lot of people to the Yongkang business district.
A few years ago, another branch was opened on Xinyi Road and near Xinsheng South Road. It is less than 5 minutes away from Xinyi Main Store. The seating area inside is much larger than the Xinyi store. In fact, I have no memory of eating in either store. They all went to other branches, not many customers. It's just a matter of pure convenience! Or maybe there is no fate. Just like this time I wanted to go to the Din Tai Fung Xinsheng restaurant, but I had to wait for more than 1~2 hours. Just give up and leave, and walk back to Xinyi Main Store. It turns out that there is no internal use, only take-out. We who had just finished climbing the Jiantan Mountain Pro-Mountain Trail were so hungry that we couldn’t keep going.
