Simple seasoning, simple ingredients, a straightforward and delicious meal, a simple sense of happiness. Just slice the onions and carrots—how you slice them doesn't really matter, it depends on personal preference. However, pay attention to the grilling time; if sliced too thinly, they might burn easily. This is because salmon requires a different cooking time compared to vegetables. Nonetheless, a slight charred aroma is acceptable; simply season the salmon with salt and black pepper. If you have some yellow mustard, adding a bit complements seafood well.
I toasted a few Costco-bought pita bread, opened them up, and added a slice of cheese inside. The taste is beyond words—so delicious! Even without pita pockets, bagels work just as well. To elevate it further, you can add more variety to the vegetables or use some lettuce (either shredded or leaves). Seasoning is a personal preference; sometimes, simple flavors are delicious enough. Too many seasonings can mask the original taste, and the natural sweetness of the ingredients won't shine through.
