Seafood Penne (only squid penne)
Ingredients:
Unsalted cream: 50g
Garlic: 3 petals
Penne: 150g
Squid: one
Bok Coy: 100g
Salt : 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Step:
- Dispose of the squid into pieces and circles, cut the garlic into the end, and clean the BokCoy.
- After boiled hot water in a large pot, pour 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil and cook in the Penne for 7-8 minutes. Bok Coy can be boiled with boiling water!
- Use another pan, add unsalted cream, melt and add to the minced garlic
- Garlic fry golden brown, put in squid stir fry, add some noodles, add penne, season with salt and black pepper to complete the pan.
