Basically, the menu has been maintained for decades without much change. Almost all of the previous ones are still there. The hot stir-fried dishes have increased a bit, but there is no braised peanuts (I heard the boss said that I’m too tired to make them). I don’t know if I will sell it again.
Every time I come to Nancun’s basic dishes,luwei and sesame sauce with cold cucumber. It’s a pity to order only the noodles and soup, so there is less flavor.
This is really the first time I ordered the pickled mustard with shredded pork noodle soup. The amount of mustard pork is really a lot, the only thing is that there is a layer of oil floating on it. This kind of noodles can be put on a lot of sauce, and it is chewy, and it tastes more delicious. The sauce will only be more and not less, and the last noodles will still remain on the bottom of the bowl. If you eat noodles or rice that rely heavily on toppings, the most fear is that the sauce is not enough, and you can see white parts in the noodles or rice, which will be super unpleasant. After eating and leaving contentedly, he also walked a long way to digest.
