Taiwanese style braised pig knuckles with dried bean curd
Ingredients:
Pig knuckles: six pieces
Garlic: five petals
Dried Bean curd: eight tablets
Chili: one
Bay leaf: two pieces
Octagon: two
Soy sauce: three tablespoons
Coca Cola: a can
Step:
- The pig's knuckles just bought, so first boiled with boiling water
- Just put all the ingredients in the pot, turn the strong fire and turn it to a small fire.
