In my memory, I started to have poor sleep quality when I was very young. At that time, I didn’t get enough sleep. With the increasing academic pressure, sleep is even more important, but sleep is getting less and less, and I want to doze off when I get to school.

I still remember that I slept a lot in the high school class, and I also practiced a lot of skills. Except for the most advanced skill of sleeping with my eyes open, I really couldn’t learn it. I also learned almost the same. At that time, I felt that I was not energetic. , Of course, it will also affect the learning effect, which becomes a vicious circle. It is really painful to keep up the energy and not sleep every day.

Later, when I went to college, I was able to sleep until I woke up naturally, and the time was even more chaotic. When I was able to sleep, I would go to bed and when I couldn’t sleep. I would occasionally live the American time. Until then, I could persist because of my youth. They are all consuming the body, which is not a good state. Although the life is very chic and refreshing, it is difficult to sleep longer without being controlled by others.

In fact, I feel more or less the impact on the mental state of the day, but I don’t pay much attention to it. Sometimes I really think it’s not good or I’m not feeling well. I only adjust it, but I don’t return to confusion every few days. Working and resting time, passing through struggling, there are other factors in it, so I have the opportunity to talk about it.

Later, I found that if the sleep duration is long enough to wake up naturally, you will not be so tired. Even if you go to bed late, if you can’t make up a nap at noon, you will be able to survive the day until you find that this will not work. You have to adjust your normal life pattern, think so and do so, but you don’t have a good sleep quality anymore. You will either not fall asleep or you will wake up halfway through sleep. As long as you wake up once halfway through, that day It will feel very tired, and no amount of sleep will help.

Deep sleep time is not enough, and it is easy to be awakened by the sound. There is no sleep quality at all, so there is no need to mention the mental state. It will only get worse and not better. As a result, we are trying to improve the quality of sleep instead of Sleep for a long time, otherwise life would be worse than death.

The first is not to go to bed too late, at least to go to bed from 11 to 12, it is always an improvement. The second is to relax and do some stretching exercises or meditate before going to bed. Third, do not drink too much water before going to bed.
