Chinese Laoganma-spicy crispy chili peppers, a good partner for home and travel, one bottle for every Chinese student studying abroad

Laoganma, as one of the best-selling and most well-known chili sauces in China, basically everyone knows that everyone knows, just ask anyone to know, even eat it, you can see a bottle in every dormitory when you are a student. Rice can be used as a dipping sauce for hot pot, it is basically a versatile seasoning, and it can also be used for cooking.
When I used to be in China, I didn’t know what to eat, or I didn’t have an appetite in summer. Just a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma, whether you care about the taste of the dish, it’s the Lao Gan Ma’s taste, but it’s not very spicy , But it is very fragrant. The moment you open the lid, the scent spreads out, how can it resist its charm.

It has several flavors, and the basic ones are not too bad. Some changes have been added to the basics. You can try to see which one suits you. I still like the basic one.

For example, when I went to the U.S. to eat hot pot with Chinese students in the dormitory, I took out a bottle of Lao Ganma to dip next to me. I bought the food from China and bought it locally. It is also the most convenient hometown flavor for Chinese students. Especially friends who love spicy food are even more unlikely to not have this bottle. The whole room is surrounded by the smell of Lao Ganma, which is so familiar and nostalgic.

Maybe it is the best gift for international students. Even when I return to Taiwan, I will occasionally buy a bottle of noodles or bibimbap to complete a simple meal, which is pretty good.

Although its taste changed a bit for a while, it was not as delicious as it used to be. Later, the founder returned to the rescue to find the original taste. This is the taste of the old godmother in memory.
