There is a building complex next to Wenhua University in Yangmingshan, which used to be a dormitory for the US military. The consumption of NT$300 is discounted for 1 hour, and the maximum is 3 hours. So although the atmosphere here is quite laid-back, it is better to come again with a purpose, such as coming here for a meal or a coffee.
