One of the classic dishes of Taiwanese bento is ribs. Almost every bento store or Taiwanese buffet will see this main dish. A bento store without a ribs store is not a qualified bento restaurant? Liang She Han Spare Ribs is the fastest-growing chain restaurant in recent years, but every time I pass by and watch it leave, how powerful are the ribs without actually eating it? This time I took it home out for it. Tested. (Super exaggerated business is good. I received a large number of delivery orders when the door opened at 10:30 and 10:45. The clerk was all busy packing the lunch in the store, and delivery staff came to pick up the meal before 11 o'clock.)
The internal dining is clean and bright, but because you have to take it out, you will have the opportunity to use it inside!
The meals are simple, clear and easy to understand, mainly rice and noodles. The main dishes are basically the same, depending on whether you want to eat or noodles.
Since the ribs are a signature dish, of course it is to order the ribs rice. Recently, I did not order the fried ribs if it is not suitable for fried food. I chose the braised ribs bento (some of them are fried and then brined, it is better than the fried ones). There are five kinds of side dishes in it. The balance of the diet is OK, but the appetite is a little bit small. After opening it, I feel that there is a lot of free space in the bento, which seems to lack a sense of satisfaction.
The size and thickness of the braised pork ribs are at a basic level, and they are processed well without a pig smell. The seasoning is moderately marinated, and the meat is fresh and tender. There is no disappointing level of bento, of course it should be amazing, but this is already very good, and you can choose it when you want to eat occasionally. (I still don’t feel full even after eating.)
