There is a traditional market below Fengtian Temple in Xinyi District. This traditional market has existed for decades and is also the main gathering place for nearby residents to buy fresh vegetables. It is a traditional market during the day and a little desolate at night. The gap between day and night is quite large! The kind that will be frightened when you walk in that street and alley at night. Ha ha. There is a salted chicken and noodle shop inside, which is a reason for people to step in.
Later it moved from inside the market to the storefront outside the market. But the menu has not changed at all, only the prices have changed. There is also to become clean and hygienic, after all, it used to be a roadside stall. Even if the taste is delicious, some things are invisible. It's to the point where you don't dare to eat it. It is an early traditional noodle shop. All the seasoning is very simple, the combination of noodles and lo-mei.
A bowl of dry noodles, a plate of green vegetables and a plate of luwei. Such a combination is already very extravagant, and sometimes green vegetables are not even ordered. Otherwise, the lo-mei is a little less, just come with a bowl of noodles. It fills you up and makes you miss the past. It can't be said to be delicious enough to eat, just a very simple food. But instead, I sometimes miss the taste.
