In early 2022, a new Korean restaurant will be opened in Section 5, Zhongxiao East Road. The location is roughly in the middle of Yongchun MRT Station and Houshanpi MRT Station. I really didn't expect to see Korean cuisine here, especially when I'm not afraid of opening a store before the epidemic is over. Really admirable! There are no particularly decent Korean restaurants in this area. So if its food tastes good, there is still a chance to survive here.
I went 1 month after the store opened. According to the clerk, the business is very good, and there is no place to book at noon. Go directly to the site and wait for a reserved seat. But this is also normal, and it can attract some customers when it just opened. Whether it can persist and continue to maintain such a passenger flow in the end depends on the customer's evaluation! The dining environment is good, but the premise goes back to the taste of the food.
The side dishes can be refilled for free, and the side dishes will be different every day. The kimchi was supposed to be fixed, but a little ordinary. It's not very similar to Korean kimchi, but the color is quite similar. As long as the clerk sees no side dishes, they will come up and ask if they want to add. It's still pretty good, I'm not afraid you eat too much!
Potato Pork Ribs Soup, the amount of meat is sincere, and the potatoes are stewed softly. However, the soup base is a little unfortunate, and the richness of the layers is slightly thin. I always feel like something is missing after drinking. Therefore, it will become very light when it is served with rice, and it will not feel refreshing.
Soybean Soft Tofu Hot Pot. The Korean soybean sauce taste is a bit bland, and there is room for improvement. It doesn't taste like Korean soybean sauce soup!
The sizzling charcoal grilled meat is their signature. The advantage is that you don't need to bake it yourself and there will be no oil smoke smell. However, the waiting time was too long, and almost all other dishes were eaten before the dishes were served. And the temperature is not high after coming up, it is almost cold? The lettuce next to it can be renewed for free and unlimited, which is not bad. Eat more vegetables! The kimchi had no kimchi flavor and was bland. Not very suitable! In fact, it feels ordinary, not too amazing.
Personally, I don't think the taste is very Korean. The heavy taste is not heavy, and the pancakes are actually ordinary. But it's not bad, it just feels weird after eating. Or does it have an improved taste?
