I used to think that only Dan shui has mangroves. It turns out that Hsinchu also has a mangrove forest! It is called Xinfeng Mangrove Ecological Reserve and is located at the estuary of Hongmao Port in Hsinchu. Part of the trail and pavilion rest area was still being repaired when we went. It seems to have been repaired for a long time, until now I don't know if the construction is completed. Personally, I don't think it has much impact. After all, I just look at a whole piece of water pen. Like other crabs and birds, it depends on luck, and did not report too much expectations.

The fountains here are really lush and prosperous. The whole area is full of pens. It is also a scenic spot where you can see this special environment at close range. Even if it is not particularly famous in the past two years, there are not too many tourists. There is a free parking lot and toilet next to it, which is quite convenient. On holidays, there may be people driving camper vans to camp with some mobile vendors. However, there is no shelter here, and it is easy to get heat stroke in direct sunlight. Still pay attention to the sun protection measures!

It's nice to walk along the riverside along the trail in the evening or in the morning, and it's relaxing. Since there is a fishing port nearby, there should be seafood to eat, but we went directly to Nanliao Fishing Port.

You won't be here for too long, just walk the trails to take pictures. It will be over in about 30 minutes~~ So it is suitable to arrange it with nearby attractions, or a place interspersed in the middle. Unless you will pass by or happen to be nearby, you don't need to come specifically for the mangroves. Of course, if you are interested in this natural ecology, you can come here. Otherwise, like me, I heard my parents say: Is this the case here?
