The hotel breakfast in Chiayi serves chicken rice, which is quite reasonable! Almost every Chiayi hotel should have chicken rice. If a hotel doesn't serve chicken rice, it must be a fake Chiayi hotel. So even if you didn't get to eat chicken rice or turkey rice, it wouldn't matter because the hotel would have it. I almost felt frustrated for not being able to eat it. And they even have half-cooked eggs, it's simply a perfect meal. It seems like I got the theme wrong and ended up coming to a hotel just to eat.
Nice Prince Hotel is the first five-star hotel in Chiayi. It's operated by the Nes Group, and there's a Nes Plaza shopping center next to it. The parking lot is shared between the hotel and the shopping center, with the same exit. Guests can park for free during their stay, and the entry and exit are controlled by an access card. However, I suggest not driving to the Wenhua Road Night Market at night. Taking a taxi would be more convenient as parking is difficult in that area.
The last time I saw this layout design was in the hotel inside the 85 Sky Tower in Kaohsiung. There was a period of time when this design approach was quite popular. The restaurant on the second floor, which includes breakfast and buffet meals at different times, can be seen from downstairs.
The space with two single beds appears slightly larger than the one with a double bed. The decor seems to be a bit old-fashioned and not of the most recent style. However, it is well-maintained.

Their buffet is actually quite appealing, with a good variety of dishes and great value for the price. If it weren't for the fact that we had to leave Chiayi that day, we almost wanted to stay and have a buffet meal.
