Jiajia Taichung Crispy Stinky Tofu Changhua Crispy Bawan is located in the traditional market (Fude Street) below Fengtian Temple in Songshan. The smell of stinky tofu is the best way to attract customers. Every time I pass by, I am attracted by this smell. It wasn't until a friend recommended me to try its noodles and stinky tofu that I was a little interested. But this time, it's not stinky tofu, it's crispy meatballs and Sishen soup, haha!
There are some news reports hanging on the door of the store, which recommend its Changhua Crispy Bawan. To be honest, I am a little disappointed. This one is actually not cheap. The crispy skin is crisp but the taste is not very fond of it. The taste of the powder slurry is not pleasant, and the amount of filling is not much. Personally, I do not recommend it. The Sishen soup has the aroma of rice wine, but it is a little light. The amount of ingredients is also very small. The soup is really a lot. Later, I regretted it a little bit, so I might as well order stinky tofu and noodles!
Even if I'm a little interested in stinky tofu, but I don't have the confidence to go again, in fact, the environment is not a big problem. It's quite interesting to eat in this kind of roadside shop occasionally. Food is something that can change the mood of the experience. As long as the food is delicious, you can forgive some small problems.
