Healthy life|Is it crazy to take the stairs to the 18th floor after emptying the garbage?

Recently, someone in the family was isolated from home. In order to vacate a house, we had to run away from home for a short time, otherwise we could not meet the conditions of one person and one household. Therefore, temporarily living in a relative’s house, it seems that it is not very far from the original home. It is very convenient to walk for about 10-15 minutes.

Since this is an early large-scale residential community, the originally planned garbage disposal system was not fully used. It was probably only used for a few years and then abandoned. The original method is to wait for garbage trucks. I think this is very unreasonable, especially In a large community with a large number of residents, waiting in line for the elevator to chase the garbage truck, it is strange to think about it.

Since you are living in a high-rise apartment, if you want to take out the garbage at 7:30, you must take the elevator earlier. It takes a lot of time to wait for each floor. It is an exaggeration to say that the garbage truck may have already gone when you get downstairs. , You are still holding the trash and standing there watching it leave. I won’t tell you who happened to it.

As a child who is struggling to live here temporarily, I still have to continue the task of taking out the garbage, carrying food and garbage with a mask, and getting on the elevator from the 18th floor to take out the garbage. In the elevator, I just thought that fewer people would press the elevator. I can stop one floor less and get downstairs faster, but usually it's counterproductive. The more I want to stop, the more floors I want to stop. It seems like I'm going to fight you, a strange law.

When the garbage truck comes, there will be a very strange phenomenon, swarms of garbage rushed up to take out the garbage, kitchen waste and resource recovery, why? I want to rush back to the end, so I can go back and grab the elevator to go home, otherwise they will all be crowded together and have to wait a long time to get on the elevator, especially if I have bad luck, everyone is on a different floor, living on the top. People are about to begin to exercise patience. They have to watch the elevator doors open and close many times before they can see their doors.

I occasionally get my head stuck or get cramps. Suddenly, I don’t want to wait in line for the elevator, so I walk directly to the stairwell. If I want to say, I’m on the 18th floor. It’s fine if I walk up. It can be used as exercise. Thinking about it, it feels pretty good. Everything is in my calculations. I save time and wait and I can exercise. The first thought after stepping into the stairwell is that I regret it.

If I got it out, I had to finish walking with tears. I walked up layer by layer, even wearing masks. After all, I just took out the trash and my hands were dirty and I didn’t want to touch the mask. As a result, I had to walk less than half of the time. I’m crazy. The air in the stairwell is not very circulated and stuffy. I still can’t breathe well with a mask. I don’t know if the air I can breathe is half of the usual, and I can’t give up halfway, otherwise I will not even want to. Go, only silently move the mask down and leave the nose to breathe.

Looking at the floor signs of the stairwell, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, 6th floor, 7th floor, 8th floor, 9th floor, 10th floor, 11th floor, 12th floor, 13th floor, 14th floor, 15th floor, 16th floor, 17th floor, and 18th floor. I flew to the 18th floor and looked at the elevator in a blink of an eye. My mentality was about to collapse. Fortunately, I finally went to the 18th floor and returned home, breathing heavily, telling my family what happened, and telling myself never again. Don't have another time.

In fact, walking occasionally can still exercise the lower body, and this is aerobic exercise, which is helpful for cardiorespiratory improvement. At least I comfort myself in this way, otherwise how can I continue to walk, but I still have to do according to my own situation. Do exercise, don’t force it, don’t do exercises that surpass your own situation, and do it incrementally, otherwise it’s just crazy!
