Fushoushan Farm offers two free guided tours each day, one at 8:30 AM and the other at 4:00 PM. No fees are required; you just need to gather at the service hall at the designated times. Volunteers will lead the group on a tour around Fushoushan Farm, introducing its history, attractions, and the plants and fruit trees grown there. The variety of plants and the planning within the farm are quite impressive; the planting is well-organized, without random scatterings. The plantings are done systematically, and there are also experimental cultivations.

The entire tour lasts about an hour, although it may exceed this time if there are travelers in the group who are particularly interested in nature and ask questions at various points. The volunteers try their best to answer all inquiries. After listening to their explanations, one can't help but feel admiration. Personally, I tend to forget most of it after hearing it.

Actually, Yuanyang Lake is just a reservoir, but it has been given a more pleasant name. In the early days, when accessing water in the mountains was difficult, this reservoir served as a storage site for water. Later on, it became a tourist attraction.

Fushoushan Farm is also a popular spot during cherry blossom season, featuring two areas: Baiying Garden and Qianying Garden. The blooming periods of the cherry blossoms in these two gardens differ slightly. When we visited, the cherry blossoms in Baiying Garden were in full bloom, while those in Qianying Garden were not quite there yet. However, this kind of experience is a matter of chance; no matter how well you plan, nature can be unpredictable, making it hard to guarantee the exact time of full bloom. Therefore, there's no reason to feel too disappointed!
