Yulao Scenic Platform is a must-visit spot on the way to Smangus. Here, you can admire the panoramic mountain views with unobstructed sightlines that stretch far into the distance. You might even witness strong individuals biking or riding heavy motorcycles uphill. It's truly impressive, especially considering the winding and steep mountain roads that even driving can be challenging.

The only drawback here is parking, which is quite inconvenient. Most visitors end up parking on the roadside, mainly along the left side of the road leading downhill. That area offers more space for parking. On the right side, towards Sikamkus, the road is narrower and steeper, making it difficult to park or turn around. I recommend making a brief stop here on the return journey after visiting Sikamkus.

Another reason that easily captures people's attention is the aroma, a familiar scent that lingers at an elevation of 1450 meters. The pungent tofu scent is also one of the reasons that entice people to pause. There are stinky tofu stalls on both sides, and they are popular among the crowd. It's a matter of personal taste to decide which stall suits you better.

*It's not recommended to make a special trip here; a stop along the way is sufficient.
