A dumpling shop named 'Invincible Dumplings,' famous for never having been defeated by anyone's taste buds. However, all of the above is just nonsense. This time, I didn't have dumplings or the signature stir-fried noodles. As for the sour cabbage and pork hot pot, it was out of the question with just two people. But I've heard it's one of their specialties.
It's not my first time at Invincible Dumplings, but today I wasn't very hungry, and my dad is watching his weight, so we didn't want to eat too many starchy foods in the evening. We mainly came for some stir-fried dishes to get some vegetable nutrients. You know, it's quite a challenge to find a place that offers good stir-fried dishes and suits a small group, considering that most places tend to serve heavy-flavored dishes!

The half-fried, half-pan-fried scallion pancake isn't quite what I'd call a satisfying scallion pancake. It's a bit too thin and doesn't quite match the usual flavor I prefer. I usually tend to order it just to give it a try whenever I see it on the menu.
They don't have certain dishes listed on their menu; you'll have to check the blackboard for those. It often features some home-cooked or special dishes. The wok hei (breath of the wok) in their stir-fries is indeed impressive; they're quite well-executed.
The hot and sour soup was a bit ordinary, lacking the expected flavors and a bit thin. I'd recommend sticking to their dumplings or the signature stir-fried noodles! However, it's quite a pleasant surprise for a noodle shop to offer such diverse stir-fried dishes. Usually, you'd only find appetizers without many other options. But here, besides the appetizers, having a variety of well-prepared stir-fries is a great addition.
